BluePaw Kennels is a small home-based kennel in Chilliwack, BC striving to fulfill our passion for Mini American Shepherds.
Our breeding program is centered on producing well-rounded Mini American Shepherds that excel as loving family companions while maintaining the qualities needed for success in the show ring.
We place a strong emphasis on sound structure, correct movement, stable temperaments, and adherence to the breed standard. These traits are essential not only for conformation potential, but also for producing dogs that are confident, adaptable, and easy to live with.
While not every dog in our program will pursue titles, we carefully evaluate each pairing with the goal of preserving the breed’s integrity and versatility. Our dogs are raised in a family environment, ensuring they develop strong bonds with people and the balanced personalities that make the Mini American Shepherd such an exceptional companion.
Whether destined for the show ring or the couch at home, our dogs are bred first and foremost to be healthy, reliable, and a joy to live with.
